Job Description: Responsibilities: * Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU) * Remedial works on the HIU * General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders, * HIU Maintenance * Diagnosing and servicing of water temp sensors etc. * Installing Heat Meters Qualifications: * HIU Maintenance experience (E
