Acute Liason Nurse | University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust

The Acute Liaison Nurse will act as a clinical expert and professional resource to the multi-professional team, patients with a learning disability, their families and carers across the Trust. The post holder will ensure the delivery of high quality, clinically effective care, utilising research, and collaborating with colleagues in everyday practice and work in partnership with the MDT to enhance
