Our client Bolton council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their North & East Neighbourhoods team. As a Social Worker within the team you will be working alongside multi-disciplinary colleagues to provide a joined up approach to meeting the needs of individuals within our neighbourhoods. You will need to have experience of carrying out strengths based assessments under the Care Act 2
