Detailed job description and main responsibilities The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse has delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical areas including assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards on a shift basis. The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse will participate in innovation and evidence based nursing pract
