Working across multiple applications, handling second-line support for issues raised by the Service Desk to fix problems, make system updates, and support on projects and software releases, while following procedures and deadlines. This is a hybrid role based in Swindon 3 days per week, plus being on-call for a 1 in 8 weekly rota. Salary - £37,500 on-call allowance Bonus scheme - on target bonus
