BACKGROUND The People & Training Directorate is responsible for delivery of the MOD Sponsored Cadet Forces iaw Defence Enabling Objective 11.11, for the RN. Operating under the direction of Dir P&T, who in turn delegates to Comd RN CF, the responsibilities encompass the funding, support and management of training and activities delivered to RN-recognised Youth organisations, collectively known as
