Chef de Partie - Brighton - £29,740 to £31,720 PLUS £10k to £12k in tronc per annum - all fresh food restaurant A great opportunity to join a busy all fresh food mainly fish and seafood restaurant in Brighton.Working within a brigade of 12, with large covers of between 500 and 1100 per week, a busy place, so you will not be bored! Working 5 days on and 2 days off per week between 45 to 48 hours. Y
