Children's Social Worker - Looked after children team

Our client Bolton Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Looked after children team. Responsibilities Developing and arranging appropriate leaving care services for service users, their families and carers, and providing direct support where necessary Provision of social work and case management support to service users, their carers and families. Liaison with agencies whi
