Housing Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Managing a patch of properties across general needs housing • Delivering tenancy management, estate inspections, and resident engagement • Handling ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and complex casework • Managing low-level arrears and supporting tenancy sustainment • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies • Ensuring excellent customer service and accu
