We have an urgent requirement for a experienced IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line Desktop Support) to join a leading organisation based in Colchester on an initial 3 month contractual basis (with potential to extend). This role will be providing technical support to my clients large user base mostly via remote service, but there may also be some at desk-side support work required too. Experience:
