We’re looking for an experienced, customer‑focused IT Support Engineer to join our Digital Services Desktop Support team, playing a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of end‑user IT services across the University. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and taking ownership of their work while continuing to develop their technical skills
