A Junior Sous Chef is required for a stylish, high-end brunch venue with strong London-inspired, Instagrammable dining vibes. The concept focuses on fresh, seasonal produce, beautifully presented dishes, and a modern all-day brunch menu in a fast-paced but creative kitchen. Working 5 days from 7 on predominantly daytime shifts, the Junior Sous will support the Head Chef in delivering consistently
