Hays are partnering with a Secondary School in Rochdale who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to support students' wellbeing, behaviour and attendance across the school on a temporary basis This is a rewarding and fast-paced role, supporting students' behaviour, wellbeing, safeguarding and attendance across the school, including managing incidents, working closely with fam
