SHS Family Support Practitioner (School-based) Location: Delta Valley Academy, Cliffe Terrace, Bradford, BD8 7DX Hours: 35 hours per week - 5 days per week. Monday - Friday term time only, plus inset days, plus 4 weeks (20 working days) to be completed over the school holidays.
