TEAM MEMBER – SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS Previous Barista experience is preferred but not necessary. Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour f or hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour. Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent. Shift patterns 5am - 1
