Job overview We are seeking Befrienders to provide companionship and promote social interaction for older adult residents of Rotherham care homes. This post will be working with the Mental Health Workers within the Care Home Liaison Team. The team provides mental health support to residents of Rotherham care homes. and therefore working primarily with patients with dementia or cognitive impairment
