The Role: This role will work across multiple teams in Health and Social Care to support them in finding innovative solutions for people with complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the use of OT methods, functional assessments and evidence‑based interventions that promote independence Work across organisations to deliver seamless, joined‑up support for individuals with complex needs Use
