FindSponsorJobs ("we", "us") operates the FindSponsorJobs website and iOS app. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
Information we handle
Job browsing. Browsing and searching jobs does not require an account. Jobs you save in the app are stored only on your device.
CV optimisation service. If you choose a paid CV service and submit your details, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your CV, and the job description you upload. We use this solely to deliver the service you paid for.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Email delivery. Submitted CVs and job descriptions are sent to our team by email (via Resend) so we can complete your order.
How we use your information
To provide the CV review, cover letter, application pack, or managed application service you requested.
To contact you about your order.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep submission data only as long as needed to deliver your service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Third parties
We use Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Job listings link out to external employer and job-board websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you are in the UK/EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR.
