Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026. These terms govern your use of findsponsorjobs.co.uk (“FindSponsorJobs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What FindSponsorJobs is
FindSponsorJobs aggregates publicly advertised UK job vacancies and cross-references employers against the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors. We are a discovery and research tool. We are not a recruitment agency, an immigration adviser, or an agent of any employer listed on the site.
2. No guarantee of sponsorship or employment
A “verified sponsor” badge means the employer appeared on the Home Office register of licensed sponsors when we last checked it. It does not mean the employer will sponsor any particular role, applicant, or visa, and it does not guarantee you an interview, offer, or visa outcome. Always confirm sponsorship availability for a specific vacancy directly with the employer, and rely on GOV.UK or a regulated immigration adviser for immigration decisions.
3. Accuracy of listings
Job data comes from third-party sources (employer career sites, applicant tracking systems, and job APIs) and can change or be withdrawn at any time. We work to keep listings current, but we do not warrant that any listing, salary figure, or sponsor status is accurate, complete, or still open. The authoritative version of any vacancy is the employer’s own posting.
4. Paid services
Where we offer paid services (such as CV optimisation, cover-letter preparation, or application support), the scope of each service is described at the point of purchase and payment is processed by Stripe. Paid services are delivered digitally. Because work begins promptly and deliverables are personalised, refunds are handled case by case — contact us and we will put it right or refund you where the service has not been delivered as described. Paid services improve your application materials; they do not guarantee interviews, offers, or visa outcomes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or resell the site’s data; not to use the site to send spam or misrepresent yourself to employers; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may block access that breaches these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s design, editorial content, and the sponsor-verification methodology are ours. Job descriptions remain the property of the employers who published them and are reproduced for discovery purposes with links back to the original source.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindSponsorJobs is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings or sponsor data, from decisions made about applications or immigration, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
8. Changes and contact
