Relief Extra Care Support Worker

Creative Support is a national not-for-profit care provider specialising in support for adults with a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs and elderly care. We work closely with the different local authorities and commissioners to ensure we provide a person centred plan for each service user we support. We are looking for experienced, calm and resourceful Relief
