About the team Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who lead and advise on opportunities for strategically important products in Stripe’s portfolio. The Terminal Product Sales team helps businesses and software platforms extend Stripe payments into in-person commerce. This role will focus on platform businesses in EMEA, partnering with core Account Executives and cross-functional teams to help platforms offer in-person payments to their own customers. What you'll do As an Account Executive, Product focused on Terminal Platforms, you will use your sales and product expertise to drive adoption of Stripe Terminal among software platforms in EMEA. You will partner with Platforms Account Executives and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and technical teams to develop deep product knowledge, shape complex solutions and advance strategic deals. You will lead business and product discussions with existing and prospective platform customers and contribute to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations with stakeholders across an organization, including senior decision-makers. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working with products that require deep product understanding and technical curiosity. You’re as comfortable working with customers as you are collaborating with internal stakeholders. You’re excited to develop expertise and share your knowledge with others. You’re an organized, analytical self-starter, an excellent communicator, and someone who looks for opportunities to improve the processes and teams around you. Who you are  We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.  Minimum requirements  • 6+  years of sales experience at a leading technology company and a track record of top performance. • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners internally and externally.  • The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.  • A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.  • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  • Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.  Preferred requirements • Experience in payments, point of sale, acquiring, fintech, embedded payments or financial-services technology. • Experience selling to software platforms, marketplaces, ISVs, vertical SaaS companies or partner ecosystems. • Experience with API-led, integration-heavy or omnichannel commerce solutions. • Experience supporting customers from initial opportunity through implementation, activation or scaled adoption.
