Agency Partner Manager

For this role, we can hire candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal or The Netherlands About the role We’re looking for an Agency Partner Manager to own and scale Typeform’s Agency Partner Program. You’ll build revenue generating relationships with marketing, digital, research, customer experience, and professional services agencies, helping them create valuable solutions and client offerings using Typeform. A key part of this opportunity will be Research Flow, our AI moderated research platform. Research Flow combines qualitative depth with quantitative scale, enabling teams to design studies, recruit participants, run adaptive conversations, and generate insights in hours. You’ll help agencies incorporate these capabilities into their services and bring new research solutions to their clients. This is a hands on commercial role where you’ll recruit and activate partners, support their continued growth, and drive net new revenue across their client base. You’ll join the Partnerships team and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partner Operations. What you’ll do • Own the Agency Partner Program from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, activation, and ongoing partner success. • Build strong commercial relationships with agencies that can extend Typeform’s reach and create new solutions for their clients. • Help partners package Typeform and Research Flow into services across customer research, market research, lead generation, marketing, and customer experience. • Drive net new MRR through agency sourced and agency influenced opportunities, working with Sales and Customer Success on shared accounts and co selling activity. • Set and manage quarterly objectives across revenue, partner activation, and program growth. • Partner with Marketing on shared campaigns, webinars, case studies, content, and other demand generation activity. • Refine partner segmentation, tiers, incentives, and reporting to create a program that can scale efficiently. What we’re looking for • five or more years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or agency management. • A track record of generating revenue through agency or services partners. • A strong understanding of marketing, digital, research, or professional services agency models. • Experience building partner programs and processes that can scale without significant manual oversight. • Strong commercial judgement and confidence managing revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance. • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across different teams. Nice to have • Experience working with software as a service platforms or products with open APIs and integrations. • Familiarity with research technology, customer insight tools, or platform growth strategies. • Experience operating a self serve or tiered partner program. *Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.
