Job overview We're looking for a dedicated & compassionate Consultant to join Home Treatment Teams (HTT) in West Surrey for Older Adults (OA). This will also provide cover to urgent referrals via SPA for OA. The teams covered would include North East Hampshire HTT, South West Surrey HTT & North West Surrey HTT.
