We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️   📍London/Cardiff/Remote (UK) | 💰£43,300 to £58,500 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits   ✨   Our team ⭐ Credit Platform's mission is to systematise credit analysis and decisioning across Monzo's products, data and geographies.⁠ We source, onboard and manage the credit bureau and external-data suppliers that power underwriting in the UK and, increasingly, across the EU. You'll join a small, high-performing team supporting an ambitious multi-market growth agenda.   🔑 You’ll play a key role by... • Supporting the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data • Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used • Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities • Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement • Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing up findings for the squad to evaluate further • Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager • Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area   🤩 We’d love to hear from you if… • You're highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order i.e tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups so nothing slips • You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams • You have a sharp eye for detail across  invoices, contracts, trackers and records stay accurate in your hands • You're proactive and self-starting: you chase things down and keep work moving without being asked • You're genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending  and keen to build that domain knowledge • Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services   🙌 What’s in it for you 💰 £43,300 to £58,500 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance. ✅ We can sponsor your visa. 📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London) ⏰ We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.  📚 £1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences. 🏡 We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.  ➕ Plus lots more!
