Key responsibilities • Shape our long-term strategic direction by identifying transformative opportunities and drive company growth through acquisitions that expand our market presence • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership across functions • Define and refine the company’s long-term strategic vision in collaboration with senior leadership. • Prepare strategic materials for board meetings, investors, and internal stakeholders. • Foster a culture of innovation, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization   Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic role in a growth-oriented company. • Proven track record of executing complex M&A and strategic transactions across multiple geographies • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills     Benefits You’ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.
