Fin is the AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey – from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk for one single system that is designed to meet the needs of modern day support teams. Founded in 2011, Fin became one of the fastest growing companies and remains one of the largest private software companies in the world with nearly 30,000 global businesses using our products to transform their customer support. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and relentlessly deliver incredible value to our customers. What's the opportunity?  As EMEA Lead of Solution Partnerships, you'll own our partner ecosystem across the region, working closely with our EMEA sales team to drive revenue through solutions partners, system integrators, and consultancies. This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Fin's EMEA solution partner motion – building the regional strategy, managing a team of partner managers, and personally owning a book of business. You'll operate across multiple partners and markets simultaneously, serving as the connective tissue between our partner ecosystem and our EMEA go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to partnerships: commercially sharp, energized by building in a market with real momentum, and able to develop others while still delivering personally. You'll manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to enablement and long-term growth, while shaping the future of our EMEA partner programs. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and GTM leadership, and you'll be a visible face of Fin in the EMEA partner community. What will I be doing?  • Own and scale our Solution Partner ecosystem across EMEA – lead regional strategy, partner segmentation, and prioritization across key markets including UKI, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics. • Manage and develop 2 partner managers – set goals, run 1:1s, coach on partner execution, and build a team culture of high performance and accountability, with the expectation the team grows as the region scales. • Personally manage a book of business - recruit, onboard, and grow a set of solutions partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline and revenue across the region. • Build and execute joint go-to-market programs and demand generation activities with SIs, consultancies, VARs, AI specialists, and MSPs. • Align partner activity to the EMEA sales team's pipeline – facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving co-sell and partner-sourced opportunities to close. • Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed. • Shape the future of solution partnerships at Fin by helping define the regional charter, how we scale the team over time, and what a world-class EMEA partner program looks like. What skills do I need?  • 8–12 years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing partner programs in EMEA. • Prior people management experience – you've managed at least one direct report and know how to coach, develop, and hold people accountable while staying hands-on yourself. • Proven ability to carry an individual book of business while managing a team – you know how to split your time and don't use management as a reason to step back from execution. • Deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape – you know how buying behaviors, partner ecosystems, and GTM motions differ across UKI, DACH, France, and beyond. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – you've worked with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to launch and scale partner initiatives. You understand what sales reps need, and you make their lives easier. • A builder's mindset – you're excited to operate in a high-growth environment and design what great looks like. You're comfortable with ambiguity and building without a complete playbook. • Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills – you're as comfortable presenting a regional strategy to senior leadership as you are working through a partner escalation. • Strong organizational and operational discipline – you manage multiple active partner relationships and a direct report without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively. • You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. Benefits  We are a well treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us!  • Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-up • We serve lunch every weekday, plus a variety of snack foods and a fully stocked kitchen • Regular compensation reviews - we reward great work! • Unlimited access to Claude Code and best-in-class AI tools; experimentation & building is encouraged & celebrated. • Pension scheme & match up to 4% • Peace of mind with life assurance, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance for you and your dependents • Flexible paid time off policy • Paid maternity leave, as well as 6 weeks paternity leave for fathers, to let you spend valuable time with your loved ones • If you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the Cycle-to-Work Scheme. With secure bike storage too  • MacBooks are our standard, but we also offer Windows for certain roles when needed. #LI-Hybrid Policies  Fin has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week. We have a radically open and accepting culture at Fin. We avoid spending time on divisive subjects to foster a safe and cohesive work environment for everyone. As an organization, our policy is to not advocate on behalf of the company or our employees on any social or political topics out of our internal or external communications. We respect personal opinion and expression on these topics on personal social platforms on personal time, and do not challenge or confront anyone for their views on non-work related topics.
