The purpose of this role is to complete, to the required quality standards, the analysis of food samples for a given method using laboratory techniques. Further, assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the laboratory. This is a full time position, working 38.5 hours per week - Wednesday to Saturday shift pattern.
