We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands. We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. Ohme is looking for an expert PPC Manager to own and drive performance across our paid search channels. You'll take full commercial ownership of multi-market campaigns, shaping strategy from daily optimisation through to full-funnel planning, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.   What you'll do • Own end-to-end campaign management across Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads, with scope to expand into Paid Social • Monitor daily performance across all markets, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing fixes proactively • Plan, forecast, and manage multi-market budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis, treating spend as a business investment • Lead a structured testing programme across creative, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages • Ensure robust tracking and measurement, partnering with the data team on attribution, conversion definitions, and first-party data activation • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, going beyond the numbers to deliver clear "So-What" insights • Stay ahead of platform developments, competitor activity, and compliance requirements (including GDPR and brand safety)   What we're looking for • Expert, hands-on experience managing high-spend campaigns across the Google portfolio and Microsoft Ads • Proven track record with multi-market budgets and business-level KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue) • Strong data proficiency - able to query complex datasets and surface insights independently using GA4, Looker Studio, Sigma, or equivalent tools • Solid understanding of multi-touch attribution, first-party data, and automated bidding strategies • Experience with structured A/B testing and e-commerce performance • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor reporting for both senior and technical audiences • Familiarity with Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus   Benefits You’ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.Our benefits: • Competitive salary and bonus • London Office - 3 days a week in the office • Private Health Insurance • Pension Scheme • Life Assurance Scheme with death in service benefit of 4x salary • Income Protection Scheme for long term illness • Ride to Work Scheme • Payroll Giving Scheme • Season Ticket Loan to spread cost of travel over 12 months • Eye Test every 2 years   Ohme is an equal opportunity employer.
