Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced paediatric nurse to join our Children's Outreach Assessment and Support Team (COAST) across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. COAST provides responsive, nurse-led care for babies, children and young people with acute and short-term healthcare needs.
