Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition and working hybrid in London, you will lead our Global commercial talent strategy, manage a squad of 3 recruiters, and act as a key strategic partner to our Regional VPs and Directors. What You’ll Do Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a team of Commercial TA Specialists and Partners. You’ll be responsible for their growth, performance, and workload balancing.
