We’ve done a pretty good job so far, but we’re just getting started!  📍 Cardiff | 🏢 2 days per week in the office  Talent 🚀 The Talent team is responsible for hiring great people and helping Capital on Tap scale. This role supports our Customer Operations department, focusing on our frontline Customer Service teams. You'll own hiring end-to-end: partnering with hiring managers, driving the process, and finding and securing great Customer Service talent. These are the people behind our market-leading Trustpilot and Google scores, where customers often name their agent alongside the great customer experience they've had with us. What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️ • Owning and driving end-to-end recruitment processes • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including our CRM, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and WTTJ • Providing a great candidate experience from application to offer • Using data to inform and advise your hiring managers and iterate processes • Being a DE&I champion, educating hiring managers, and helping us attract a diverse pool of candidates • Keeping our ATS (Greenhouse) up to date and following best practices • Building strong relationships across the business to understand hiring needs, priorities, and pain points Our Values & Culture 🌞 • Just Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”. We’re Looking For 🔎 • Experience in an in-house Talent Team • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take ownership of tasks • Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers  • High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a wide range of people Interview Process 🤝 • Stage 1: 30 minute intro call with a Senior Talent Partner • Stage 2: 60 minute interview, including a pre-prepared case study • Stage 3: 90 minute interview with stakeholders and the People team Diversity & Inclusion 🌈 We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
