OVERVIEW: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead the delivery and ongoing development of Gymshark's Ethical Strategy, ensuring human rights due diligence, advancing responsible purchasing practices, and leading impactful communications. Working closely with suppliers, the Fair Labor Association (FLA), civil society organisations, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee Gymshark's ethical compliance and community initiatives, including the Shared Fitness programme. You will work with the Sourcing and Supply Chain Teams to help manage supply chain risks, drive continuous improvement, support FLA accreditation objectives, and champion responsible business practices across the organisation.
